Rose essential oil Purifying Solution
The traditional methods for extracting and purifying rose essential oil have certain limitations. The rose crude oil obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction method has many impurities, poor odor, and low quality. The traditional dewaxing method for producing rose essential oil can easily cause molecular rearrangement, oxidation, hydrolysis, polymerization, etc. during distillation and concentration, resulting in the destruction of plant essential oil components, and may also cause solvent residue that affects the quality of the essential oil.
Using molecular distillation technology to refine rose crude oil extracted by supercritical fluid can obtain high-purity rose essential oil.
Clean the rose petals, let them dry slightly, and then put them into the still. By using steam, the fragrance substances in the petals are completely released, leaving behind the concentrated essential oil of the plant in the distiller. After oil-water separation, residual water is removed by a thin film evaporator, and the resulting rose essential oil is prepared by molecular distillation.
