Plant Oil Purifying Solution
With the progress of science and technology, more and more natural substances are used in the cosmetics industry and the essence and fragrance industry. This solution is aimed at the purification of a certain vegetable oil, which completes the purification of vegetable oil and the recovery and reuse of solvents (n-hexane/methanol/ethanol) while obtaining crude materials at the front end.
For crude materials in the oil phase, light components are first removed through a falling film evaporator (or equipment such as a rising film evaporator, thin film evaporator, molecular distillation, etc.), and the heavy components are continuously circulated in the falling film evaporator until they are qualified. Then, the vegetable oil is further purified through a stripping tower to achieve the goal of vegetable oil purification. The residual solvent content in the final product can be less than 10ppm.
